COTTONWOOD 2.0

What a great first week it’s been! Thank you to all that have come through, it’s been so nice to see you all again.

Whilst the display village and park area are still under construction - we will only be trading till midday seven days a week. The Lendlease team are in full swing in the sales office across from us, opening at 10am daily.

I’m so excited for this second chapter of Cottonwood, looking forward to coffee and conversation in the breeze with you.

Our fourth and final year in this location. From today you’ll notice the streets opening up and some residents moving into their new homes. Twenty - two display homes will remain open to the public and over the next 6-8 months we will make our move over to the new display village in The Crossing development in Spring Mountain.

Once again, a big thank you to all my CW friends for your constant support for another year, you make Cottonwood so much fun, I look forward to the daily coffee and conversations. See you all soon for birthday cake.
