Uncle Bill’s Kitchen Our Master Chef has been called the best Canto Barbecue Chef on the coast. He started as a trainees when he was 14 in HK.

At his age of 35, He became the Master Chef in one of the Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong before He moved to Gold Coast.

From 17th December, cafes, restaurants and Event Cinema located at Australia Fair and Australia Fair Metro will be restricted to fully vaccinated customers and visitors.

Customers who are 16 years old or over must carry proof of their vaccination status and he prepares to show this upon request.
