Today, Federico is representing Rossa Pizzeria & Bar and bringing a little piece of Sardegna to one of Australia’s biggest pizza competitions.

We’ve got everything crossed for him and couldn’t be prouder of the passion, talent and hard work he brings to our kitchen every single day.

Big weekend for our kitchen 🇮🇹🍕

Tomorrow, our chef Federico, originally from Sardegna, Italy, will be representing Rossa Pizzeria & Bar at the Australian Pizza Championships in Sydney.

Bringing authentic Italian tradition, passion and craftsmanship to every pizza, Federico has become a huge part of what makes Rossa so special and we couldn’t be prouder to see him competing on one of Australia’s biggest pizza stages.
