Did you know our famous Gnocchi Di Luigi is named after a dear friend of the 400 Gradi family?

Luigi taught us that the finest gnocchi is made by hand, with care, patience and tradition.

His passion and knowledge inspired a dish that continues to hold a special place on our menu today.
