A little taste of what’s to come at our Sake & Izakaya evening with 御前酒蔵元辻本店 and Sakelier サケリエ・Japanese Sake Specialist・Importer・Distributor. Snack on golden, crispy tuna karaage and indulge in a deeply comforting somen noodle soup by Chef Orita.
The menu is all about head-to-tail tuna expression, with each course matched to the sake you’ll be tasting along the way. We’ll kick off with nigiri and sashimi, before moving into vibrant izakaya-style plates, and finishing with dessert, of course.
It’s set to be a relaxed night that’ll be equal parts delicious and insightful, with plenty to learn (and enjoy) in every pour.
