Deepak Mishra is a Melbourne-based chef, hospitality leader and consultant with more than 20 years of international experience across luxury hotels, restaurants and food and beverage operations in Australia, Singapore, the Middle East and India.

His career includes senior roles with Pan Pacific Hotels Group, The Langham Melbourne, Hotel Chadstone MGallery, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering Singapore, Fairmont Dubai and Swissôtel Kolkata, together with experience at The Oberoi, The Hotel Windsor, Grand Hyatt Melbourne and Crown Towers.

Today, Deepak consults across a portfolio of hospitality businesses, combining culinary direction with restaurant strategy, operations and commercial development.

His work includes the acclaimed food offering at Avani Winery on the Mornington Peninsula, where regional Indian flavours, Australian produce and contemporary technique are brought together through a distinctly wine-focused approach.

Deepak is also actively involved in culinary mentoring and Bocuse d'Or Australia, supporting the development of the next generation of Australian culinary talent.

We're excited to collaborate with him on our upcoming brunch menu here at D Hall of Flames!
