This year we have the incredible Conor Curran ( curating the menu. And as we know, on Sundays he likes to eat more Greek.

Καλημέρα and happy Saturday 🇬🇷

A little PSA for our Golden Members who have been part of the Golden Fleece family.

We’re wrapping up the current Golden Membership program as we make way for a new and improved community focused offering. Something that better celebrates our regulars, the long lunches, and the never ending table conversations that seem to happen here.

To close this chapter properly we’ll be offering something a little special for our existing members. If you’d like to hear about it sooner, please email our team at [email protected]. Otherwise we’ll be reaching out to all members over the coming weeks.

This weekend we’ll also be showing the Formula 1 on the mezzanine for those who enjoy a little high speed drama with their drinks.

Tomorrow evening 💙🇬🇷 returns to the House of Fleece from 6:30–9:30pm.

Her beautiful set menu will continue until 1st March, but tomorrow is your final chance to meet the Greek queen herself… To share a table, a story, and a little magic in person.

It has been an honour creating memories alongside Dezi, and we can’t wait to close this chapter together in the warmest way we know how.

On Wednesday night, Dezi Madeferri put on a show in our humble home for a sold out launch event filled with warmth, heritage and a whole lot of flavour. Now, the experience continues.

From Monday 16th February to Sunday 1st March, Dezi’s curated set menu will be available at Golden Fleece. A celebration of Greek family memories and recipes.

PORT TO PORT: A GREEK–AUSSIE BURGER EXCHANGE

This February, two neighbours, two kitchens, and one very good idea come together.

We’ve teamed up with our friends at CBCO Brewing for a month long collaboration celebrating comfort food, nostalgia, and the simple joy of feeding people well.

Over at CBCO, the team will be flipping “The Greek Freak” lamb burger inspired by our Greek Oasis. Their bold beer loving interpretation of Golden Fleece flavour.

Back home at Golden Fleece Hotel, we’re taking a nostalgic detour to your local Greek fish and chip shop with our lunch time only hero
Scallop and Potato Cake Sandwich with Tarama-Tartare.
An homage to the classic potato cake. Scallop mousse pressed between layers of cooked potato, battered and fried until golden and crisp, finished with a rich tarama tartare.

“With the lot”;
Purchase either the burger or the sando and receive a token for a discounted beer at the other venue, valid all February.
