We’re still on the hunt for a few legends to join the Joshy’s BBQ crew!
With a massive year ahead and our catering calendar filling fast, we’re looking for:

🔥 Experienced hospitality & kitchen superstars who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

If you love great food, have a strong work ethic, and want to learn the art of authentic low & slow American BBQ, we’d love to hear from you!

⚠️ Weekend availability is a MUST.
🕒 Available shifts:
📅 Wednesday–Friday: 4:00PM–9:00PM
📅 Saturday–Sunday: Between 11:00AM–9:00PM

🔥 What we’re looking for:
✅ Hospitality or kitchen experience is highly regarded (essential for senior roles)
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Reliable, hardworking and able to follow instructions
✅ Ability to work under pressure when the orders start flying
✅ Available for events, festivals and catering jobs when required
✅ Current driver’s licence preferred (not essential)

🔥 What you’ll be doing:
🍔 Serving up BBQ goodness to our customers
💨Learning the art of smoking grea BBQ 🍖
👨🏻‍🍳 Working the grill and fryer
🔥 Learning the art of authentic low & slow American BBQ
🍟 Preparing burgers, loaded fries and smoked meat favourites
📦 Packing orders and delivering an awesome customer experience
🧽 Keeping the van clean, stocked and service-ready
🚚 Assisting with events and catering jobs across Tasmania
