Our newest vintage—600 A.D. (2026)—is officially here!

We love letting nature guide the process, and this year’s release carries a character all its own. Crafting this natural w**e using ancient-inspired methods yielded a profile remarkably similar to w**e historically stored in traditional clay pots. Expect a deeply grounded, vibrant taste with subtle earthy notes that recall those iconic terracotta vessels.

It’s distinct and rustic, yet surprisingly calm on the palate. The texture and body hit that rare balance—lively, grounded, and steady. Fair warning: it brings a wonderfully soothing quality that invites you to slow down and savor the moment. 🌿
