Grafton Golf Club is looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Time Senior Chef to join our team and assist our Head Chef in delivering high-quality dining experiences for our members, guests, functions, and golf events.

The successful applicant will:
• Have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• Be passionate about producing quality meals and excellent presentation
• Work well in a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Be reliable, organised, and able to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
• Assist with menu preparation, stock control, and maintaining food safety standards

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing club with a strong community focus and a vibrant hospitality operation.
