What's for breakfast?

Swiss Bircher Muesli — and we're getting better at it every time.

We soak ours overnight in creamy coconut milk. Then we build each bowl with:
• A whole grated apple
•
Ground almonds
• A generous scoop of Greek yoghurt
• A dash of condensed milk
• A drizzle of honey
• Topped with frozen fruit (because it's always perfect)

Simple. Wholesome. Delicious.

Oh the people we meet here at Cold Brew Café!

This is Joseph – and he's walked all over Australia. From Perth to Sydney and many other long treks.

Now he's heading from Emmaville to Sydney. Today, he's aiming to reach Braunstone.

He stopped into the café for a break and a little nosh.

We wish him safe travels. Keep an eye out for him on the road.
