Infuse Coffee Roasters is a boutique coffee roastery roasting fresh single origin and award winning house blends in Burnie Tasmania.

Based in Burnie Tasmania, we are a couple who appreciate coffee and found a need in the market for fresh and consistently roasted coffee. The Infuse Coffee Roastery is located in a renovated worker’s cottage built in the 1900. The little cottage was very tired and now has a new lease on life. The original polished timber floor throughout is a great feature of the premises. Coffee is available fresh and can be ground onsite as required. Infuse Coffee is located at 46 Strahan Street (Cnr Hopkinson Street) South Burnie.

Origin: Quindio, Colombia
This microlot comes from the mountains of the Armenia, Quindio region.
Varietal: Tabi Process: Washed
Fermentation: Anaerobic
Flavour detail: Brown sugar, yellow fruits, nutty and red grapes.
Cupping Score: 87.

Introducing our speciality single origin…..Yirgacheffe Natural

ORIGIN: Ethiopia

From the southern part of Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe Gedeb District, this small microlot is grown at 1900-2300masl and employs around 500 local famers.

Flavour detail: Vanilla, blueberry and mango.

Cupping score: 88

Single Origin of the week☕️Qué Bacano ☕️

Origin: San Ignacio, Colombia

Grown at 1500-1800 MASL. These beans are aerobically fermented for 30-40 hours, gently washed and then dried for 16-20 days.
Cupping score:86
This roast has Caramel, chocolate, brown sugar and citrus note.
This single origin will make a delicious batch brew or long black.

This week’s single origin is a speciality microlot from Columbia.

Origin: Quindio, Colombia Grown at 1700-1800 MASL, aerobically fermented for 45 hours and dried for 11 days.

As soon as you crack this bag you will get a woft of plums, figs, red fruits and cocao nibs. Cupping score 87.5

This roast tastes especially good as a black coffee !!
