From restaurateur George Kailis comes Surreo - Western Australia’s first seaside steakhouse, a premium dining experience of significance perched high over the shores of Sorrento beach.
Surreo, the ancient Greek word for Sorrento meaning ‘a coming together’ is where our journey begins. Taking deep inspiration from our northern suburbs home which began life as a land division in the 1900’s adopting its name from the Italian owner’s homeland in Sorrento Italy.
A journey through the region centuries ago, led us to ancient Rome which inspired all facets of Surreo.
