Hey guys, Nick here from Singo Pizza Crew.
I wanted to share something a little more personal than our usual pizza deals.
Last year, when my mum was here, she had a breast health concern and ended up going through a number of tests, including a biopsy.
Thankfully, everything came back okay and there was no cancer diagnosis.
But going through that uncertainty was still stressful for us as a family, and it really made me understand how important it is to have support available for people and families going through something like this.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we thought this would be a good opportunity for Singo Pizza Crew to do something small that can hopefully add up to something meaningful.
From now until the 31st of October, Singo Pizza Crew will donate 25 cents from every pizza we sell to the Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation.
There is nothing extra you need to pay and nothing extra you need to add to your order. The 25 cents comes from us.
So whether you are ordering one pizza or feeding the whole crew, every pizza sold during the campaign will contribute.
Hopefully, with the support we get from Singleton, we can turn a couple of weeks of pizza into a meaningful donation for people and families here in the Hunter.
