A huge thank you to everyone who took part in my 5-week feedback box series. 💛

Your support, honest feedback, and encouragement have been incredibly valuable. Every comment has helped me refine recipes, improve flavours, and build confidence as I prepare for upcoming markets.

From cookies and tarts to focaccia, cakes, and finally croissants and pastries, it’s been such a fun journey to share these bakes with you all.

I truly couldn’t have done it without you, and I’m so grateful you took the time to taste, complete the feedback forms, and support my little business.

I can’t wait to bring these products to the markets and continue sharing what I’ve been creating. See you there! 🥐🍪🍰✨

First croissant trial… 🥐✨

The oven spring is doing its thing, the layers are starting to shine, and I couldn’t resist sharing this moment.

Definitely a few things to improve (because that’s all part of learning!), but I’m so happy with how this first batch turned out. Every bake teaches me something new, and I’m excited to keep refining them.

Here’s to plenty more butter, folds, and early mornings. 💛

Wedding cake delivery + set up 🤍

When you book delivery with Amber Blossom Cakes, it’s more than just dropping the cake off at the venue.

I’ll safely transport your cake, stack and finish any final details on site, add your flowers and topper, and make sure everything is beautifully displayed or stored safely before I leave.

It’s one less thing for you to worry about on your wedding day ✨
