We’re finalists! 🥂✨

We’re incredibly proud and excited to share that Mistelle has been named a finalist in three categories at the 2026 AHA Hospitality Awards for Excellence:

🥂 Restaurant Award – Metropolitan — Mistelle Bistro
👨‍🍳 Head Chef Award — Thomas Desrues
✨ Venue Manager Award — Marie Marsaa

And this one feels even more special… ❤️

In less than two years of running Mistelle together, we’ve now been named finalists for the Restaurant Award Metropolitan two years in a row.

To also see Thomas recognised for Head Chef and Marie for Venue Manager this year makes us incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved together.

But none of this happens without the people around us. Our amazing team, past and present, who put so much into Mistelle every day, and our wonderful guests who continue to come back, support us, recommend us and share this little journey with us.

Your support means more to us than you probably realise, and we’re so grateful to have such an amazing community around Mistelle. 🫶

Spring has finally arrived, and with it, the first colours of the season are landing on our plates 🌿

Poulet Chasseur
Tender chicken, a rich and creamy chicken jus, a mix of oyster mushrooms, bright notes of desert lime, served with silky celeriac and burnt onion purée.

Earthy, elegant and full of flavour, this dish celebrates the cooler season with everything we love about French comfort food.

Available every Wednesday and Thursday throughout June, and also featured on our lunch menu.

Enjoy 2 glasses of homemade mulled wine paired with a baked Camembert and fresh baguette for just $35 during Happy Hour (4pm–6pm).

Not feeling the combo? Our homemade mulled wine is also available on its own for $10 during Happy Hour and $12 afterwards.
