Today marks a sad but bittersweet day. We farewell our Sous Chef Zane Petney who has been with us at Fino Seppeltsfield for 9 years. And what a journey it has been!
Starting as a dishie, to completing his apprenticeship, and rising in the hierarchy of Junior Sous, to now Sous Chef.
On behalf of all of the team at Fino, thank you Zane for your passion, hard work, commitment, determination and loyalty. It has been a joy to watch you grow in your culinary skills.
We cannot wait to see your journey as a chef continue to grow in all of your future endeavours.
And we also want to acknowledge that Zane has been appointed as a Barossa Young Ambassadors for 2027 - Barossa Young Ambassadors - We are so excited to see this journey for you Zane, and couldn’t think of a better young man to be an example and pillar of the future generation in the Barossa Valley.
