Copper Pot Seddon is the realised vision of awarded chef Ashley Davis, to bring the experience of neighbourhood bodegas, trattorias and bistros of Europe back home to Melbourne's inner west. Saying goodbye to an era of delicious degustation and fond memories.
Once again, we thank you all for your love and support over the years. We especially felt the overpouring of love this month as many have come to dine with us one last time to say their fond farewells. Food was prepared and presented to perfection and tasted as good as it looked - a big thank you to Ash and his team.
The service was outstanding with a special mention to John.
Background music set up a really vibrant atmosphere.

Vegetarian options: Delicious variety of vegetarian options, one of my favourites was the roasted brussel sprouts and cheese.

Kid-friendliness: The kids meal options were awesome and pizza, pasta and the kids entrē was was a fantastic array of healthy light snacks.

Parking: Lots of free parking in the side streets, the council should change the main street parking time limit to cut off at 5 or 6pm

It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of Copper Pot Seddon on September 30th, marking the end of a remarkable chapter in our lives.

As we embark on a new adventure prioritising family life, we reflect on the incredible memories and milestones we've shared together. Copper Pot Seddon has been a labour of love, an extraordinary journey of flavours, creativity, and camaraderie.

To celebrate our time with you, we're embarking on a special 'Best Of' Road Trip throughout September. Join us for a degustation menu that revisits some of our most beloved dishes, a tribute to the legacy we've built together. Please also note that we will no longer be running any weekly specials this month, only A La Carte and Road Trip available.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Seddon community, our dedicated staff, and all our patrons who have made Copper Pot Seddon a cornerstone of culinary excellence in the West. Your support has meant the world to us.

The restaurant will be in experienced hands, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for our beloved venue. Thank you for being part of our journey and sharing in the memories that will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

Join us in commemorating this significant chapter and bidding Copper Pot Seddon a fond farewell.
