📊📈 “HE’S JUST A CHEF.” 👨🍳

Someone once said that about me.
💬 With a tone full of disrespect.
😌 But strangely…
I never felt ashamed.
❤️ Because being a chef…
Was the career that raised me.
🍳 The kitchen gave me…
My very first paycheck.
💰 Those long shifts…
From early morning until late at night…
Paid for my tuition.
🏠 Paid my rent.
🍚 Put food on my table every single day.
🇦🇺 And helped me survive in Australia.
🙏 Without that kitchen…
There would be no me today.

👨🍳 But after many years…
I realised something.
💥 Not everyone who wears a chef’s jacket…
Will end up with the same future.
There are two kinds of chefs.

⏰ Clock in.
👀 Watch the clock.
😮💨 Wait for the shift to end.
💵 Collect the paycheck.
🏠 Go home.
📅 Every day looks exactly the same.

📆 Ten years later…
Life hasn’t changed very much.

👨🍳🚀 The second kind…
They work in the very same kitchen.
🍳 But their mind…
Never stops working.
🤔 Why is this café always busy?
🤔 Why is this dish selling so well?
🤔 Why do customers keep coming back?
🤔 Why are the costs so high?
🤔 If this were my business…
What would I do differently?
📚 They don’t just learn how to cook.
📈 They learn how to operate a business.
💰 They learn cost control.
👥 They learn staff management.
😊 They learn customer service.
🧠 They learn how to think like an owner.
💡 And the best part?
❤️ They get paid…
While learning all of it.

Both earn exactly the same wage.

😶 One is still applying for jobs.
🚀 The other is hiring people.
