But so often what men are taught is to keep going and do it alone.

Join Joe Bakhmoutski for an honest, relaxed community conversation about what men carry, but also what actually helps.

17th September 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start (supper provided)

Together men will explore:

• Why many men keep things to themselves
• Pressure, anger and expectations
• What strength really means
• Why connection between men matters
• Practical pathways forward

This is not therapy. It’s not a lecture. It’s a real conversation.

The evening includes a discussion, reflection, and Q&A.

At the end of the event Joe will also introduce a new 8-week men’s program coming to Frankston through Left Write Hook.
