¡Gracias, Seaford! With Love, From Spanish Bar ❤️🌟

What a journey it’s been… and what an unforgettable one! Over 11 years ago, we took a leap of faith, dreaming of something vibrant and full of soul. Who would’ve thought that a simple Milk Bar would become the heart of a Spanish fiesta in Seaford. 💞

We want to thank every single one of you who walked through our doors, shared a laugh, became a regular, and helped turn our dream into a living, breathing community. You didn’t just support us—you became part of our story. The chats, the smiles, the friendships… they meant the world to us.

We remember the moment we saw this little corner of Seaford. It was quiet, a bit grey, and we thought, “Why not bring some colour, some music, some Spanish flavour to this place” . It was a challenge, but with love and determination, we made it happen. On 16/05/2014, Spanish Bar was born—and so was a new chapter for Seaford.

Today, Seaford is buzzing with life, full of amazing shops, energy, and connection.We’re proud to have been one of the first pioneers in Seaford’s transformation, believing wholeheartedly in its potential to become one of the region’s standout destinations. . But now, it’s time for us to begin a new chapter—one that’s all about family. Our little ones need us, and we want to be there for every moment, every hug, every bedtime story.

So yes, our dream has been fulfilled. Spanish Bar has lived, loved, and danced its way into the hearts of many. And now, it’s time to pass the torch.

From 30/08, new owners will bring fresh flavours and a new vibe to town. We’re excited for what’s next, and we know Seaford will embrace it with open arms.

Until then, we’ll still be here—smiling, serving, and soaking up every last moment with you. Our final night will be 29/08, closing at 10pm. Let’s make it a celebration to remember. Come raise a glass, share a story, and enjoy one last fiesta with us.
