I have just left my job at a well know cake shop to follow my dream of having my own shop one day. I am currently running my business at home with a registered kitchen and full qualification. All these cakes are made from scratch the old fashion way from squeezing lemons to making my own puff pastry, it may be hard work but it's worth it! There's nothing better than the taste when it's made by hand and with love. I use quality ingredients, no add preservatives, artificial butters, flavours and colours only if required.
