Our last week of trading is coming up, which means a week full of thankyous to the amazing people who have supported my business and personal journey over the past 4 years!

Clean & Pressed began as an idea during those tough lockdown days. Sometimes you dont realise the importance of things until they are taken away, and training and connection were certainly that!

💪Conversations with our friends at the best gym going around, led to the creation of a space we'd love to visit ourselves. Somewhere that brought movement, nourishment, community & purpose back into our days!

☕️ Quality coffee before training. A space to replenish & connect with our community after. A place to support our wellness & performance goals, where we could train hard, push comfort zones, support others & nourish ourselves with yummy toasties 😉😋

Combining our passions for nutrition, fitness and hospitality, we created a space we are so proud of. It's been a true collaboration with people who genuinely care, and I'm incredibly grateful for that!

Along the way, the familiar faces grew beyond the gym to welcome the wider local community, and it's been an honour to serve everyone who has visited!

My hope is that Clean & Pressed has been a place you could visit with confidence, knowing everything was created with your wellness & experience in mind- using only real, quality ingredients with a focus on flavour, and care taken with every order 💚

As I prepare to say goodbye and move in another direction, I'm looking for the next passionate owner to take over this space!

A great post workout option with a good amount of protein 💪 and they taste delicious!

The best part? Like all our menu items, we are happy to make it just the way you like it, whenever we can!

Do you need a certain amount of protein or carbs? Tracking cals? Have an allergy or intolerance? Or simply dont like an ingredient or want more of something else? Let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen!!

Some bittersweet news to share…

After almost four wonderful years, I’ve made the decision to sell Clean & Pressed and step into an exciting new chapter 😢✨

While it’s not easy to say goodbye to this beautiful community, I know the time is right to pass the baton to someone new!

It’s been an incredible journey — from opening during those uncertain lockdown days to building a thriving local favourite! I’m so proud of what we’ve created and are forever grateful for the support, loyalty, and friendships that have come along the way!
