That’s right folks we need to get rid of absolutely EVERYTHING ASAP! Everything big and small - fridges, freezers, coffee machine, grinders, register, plates, platters, alcohol, tables, chairs..... if it’s in the cafe it’s up for grabs!
More info will be released as well as pricing but I’ll be at the cafe 2 hours each day next week day as well as all next weekend for people to come and look/purchase 👍🏻

🚨 SAD POST ALERT 🚨
You may have noticed things haven’t been normal here lately and it brings so much sadness to have to announce this but as of mid day today we will be closing the doors at The Balanced Plate 😢
It has by far been the ABSOLUTE hardest decision to make but for financial reasons needs to happen.
Opening a cafe in 2020 may not have been the best idea by me but really who could have predicted covid and the flow on effects of it 🤯
I really appreciate every single customer who has walked through the doors, as a new small business that support has been amazing and has really opened my eyes to the generosity people have. I’ve loved getting to know families in the community and seeing kids come running in happy, feeling welcome, dancing around to the music and even scooter riding and running races when there was no dine in 😅💕
I’ll be around clearing out the cafe so feel free to say hi if you see me, otherwise thanks again to those who have supported me through coming in and please keep supporting local businesses especially new ones as they’re the minority who have slipped through the cracks with help from the government.
