Peter, San Lorenzo co-owner and sommelier, is currently in Italy on a wine sourcing journey that spans some of the country’s most renowned winemakers regions. This trip combines immersive winery visits, regional tastings and exceptional dining experiences to discover distinctive Italian wines for the restaurant’s evolving wine list.

Peter’s mission is to taste and select high-quality Italian wines for our customers to ultimately enjoy, while also deepening relationships with respected winemakers and producers.

We will be hosting an exclusive Italian Wine Lunch on Sunday 19 July to showcase some of the exceptional wines that Peter personally selects on his travels. More details to come!
