PIE FAQ…
We have had so many enquires about our pies, here are some answers to your questions…

1. After days of preparation our pies are baked on Fridays only and are on sale until sold out

2. The puff pastry is hand rolled with love using real butter (not margarine) this is what creates the beautiful high, flakey tops

3. The filling changes (this week they are lamb & rosemary)

4. Our pies are ALL served with mash & smashed peas for $34 (this is the only way they are sold)

5. A limited number are available for pre order, with most reserved for dine in lunch guests

You just can’t beat a steak that looks like this, it’s absolutely incredible stuff from . Hanging quality like this in our dry-aging room makes me so so proud and it is an absolute pleasure to serve to you our customers.

It’s that time of the year, every Friday we bake our pies, traditionally the filling is made in casserole style by colouring off the meat and making the sauce around it. The puff pastry is hand roll with real butter and flour from Gunnedah. Keep an eye out for them on our stories every Friday morning.

A couple of months ago I was asked to cater for a birthday party, I jumped at the chance as it’s often fun to go a bit off-piste. It was a night I ended up being quite proud of and I believe the birthday girl and the guests were contend with the work my team and I delivered. I truely hope it was a night to be remembered, hope you had a happy birthday Sarah.
