We (Mike & Emma) are the proud owner/ operators of the new *Pie-O-matic SupernoVan*. A 1972 Milllard Caravan recently transformed into a spacious and efficient mobile kitchen. Influenced by groovy colors of the 70’s this retro wagon was stylishly re-designed and given a new purpose; making stellar pies on the go. We create nontraditional pies using local and seasonal ingredients in order to highlight Tasmanias’ generous terroir. Our eclectic menu is in constant evolution focusing on fresh and innovative flavor combinations. Our pies are crafted with value in mind, and wine in our glass.
