Joining George in this exciting new chapter is Chef Chandan (Adoni) Panchkoti, a long-time collaborator who has worked alongside him in many of his previous restaurants. Every day, premium meats and locally sourced produce are carefully prepared to ensure each dish meets the highest standards. George has even imported state-of-the-art rotating spit technology to slow-cook meats to perfection—locking in their irresistible juiciness and flavour. At Souvlaki George, Greek street food is elevated with signature dishes like Kontosouvli Gyros, Souvlakia, and Open Plate salad combos featuring lamb, chicken, and pork.
