We have lots of vegan and gluten free options too Born in sweet Samford Village and nestled on the porch of the Four Seasons Organic grocer, Canter & Colt was created to provide our health conscious customers with a place to relax and enjoy a wholesome 100% organic meal! Canter & Colt is 100% organic and serves certified organic Montville coffee, cold-pressed juices, acai bowls and smoothies, raw

superfood smoothies, raw cakes, gluten free goodies and wholesome organic meals and raw salads! We use Certified Organic Montville coffee which is locally roasted using premium fairtrade Organic beans, including those from Peru, Ethiopia and Sumatra are blended to produce the Woodford Blend. Brother + sister, and the duo who created Canter + C**t.

We grew up working at Four Seasons, surrounded by fresh organic produce and learning about good food from a young age. Somewhere along the way, making lunches while working in the family business turned into an idea of our own — and in 2013, Canter + C**t was born.

What started as a little organic café has grown and evolved over the years, but what’s at the heart of it hasn’t changed.

Good coffee, wholesome organic food, familiar faces and a place for our Samford community to gather. 🌿
