Just a little note from Bec,

I want to take a moment to thank my incredible crew for your hard work, loyalty, and support. We’ve weathered some high-pressure days and been well and truly under the pump, yet every single time you’ve stepped up and pushed through. Your unwavering commitment has never gone unnoticed, and I’m genuinely grateful for each of you.

To my regulars who’ve become like family — I’m going to miss you more than you know. Our morning chats, the laughs, the little check-ins… they’ve been the highlight of my days. I’m honoured to have made lifelong friends through this journey. I feel so lucky to have worked alongside such amazing people and served such beautiful customers.

I’m excited to see what the future brings for all of us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. This isn’t goodbye — just a “see you later.”

It’s with the heaviest heart that we share the news that El Capitán will close its doors on Sunday, 14th December. As we have sold.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for the love and support you’ve shown us over the past two years. You may never truly know how much it meant to have you by our side, cheering us on through every step.

We’ve made lifelong friends within these walls, and although this marks the end of El Capitán, it is certainly not the end of the connections and friendships we’ve built.

This decision was incredibly difficult and made with a lot of thought.
We sincerely hope you’ll continue to support the next crew who open their doors to you.
