🚶‍♀️ 45-minute walk (can do a jogging group too for anybody keen)
☕️ Coffee afterwards for anyone who has time to stay!

This one is open to everyone — current clients, past clients, friends, family… come along!

No workout.
No pressure.
Just a good walk, a chat and a coffee. 😊

If you can’t stay for coffee, that’s totally fine — come along for the walk!

Anzac Day is commemorated with dawn services, marches, and moments of reflection, honouring not only those who served at Gallipoli, but all Australians and New Zealanders who have served and died in wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
