Where to start with the lies in this listing!!!!
Listed through LOVE realty Speers Point. Not sure if they have actually viewed the property or just gone off Owners word and previous sale listings or Google.
1) There is no "successful takeaway" running in there, has not been one since closed down Dec 2021. In fact there is no business running in there at all. Was a bakery for a few months but it's gone too now.
2)Smaller front shop (previously used a massage parlour) is not connected to main shop.
3) There is no 3 bedroom residence. The building was once a 3brm house & large shop with shared kitchen & bathroom. Current building owner ILLEGALLY separated main shop the turned residence into massage parlour at front (no longer in use) & 3x single rooms with space for bed, small desk & wardrobe, small kitchen sink & 2 burner hot plate, shower & toilet. All done without Council approval.
4)There is NOT 5 bedrooms & 6 bathrooms. There are 3 rooms, as stated above, and a toilet in shop.
5) Pics are heaps old, most of equipment is no longer in shop such as counters, salad bar etc.

Massive THANK YOU to 2 amazing humans I am so blessed to call my Friends. Ran James Lane & Paige Janiszewski
We don't speak regularly, we don't hang out regularly, yet these 2 Selfless, Caring, Sweet, Kind, Big Hearted, Amazing (there's really no actual words to describe them) Friends have gone above and beyond to help me with Christmas. (And no it wasn't joint, I don't even know if they know each other)
Thanks to these beautiful friends I can buy my Grandson & my 3 kids a Christmas present and buy ingredients to make something for Xmas day desert (which Ive made every yr the last 20 or so yrs) I am absolutely blown away by their generosity at this time & when Im in the position again I'll be paying it forward ten fold.
Thank you isn't enough but I dont even have the words to say how much I appreciate what u guys have done. After everything thats been going on you guys have restored my faith in humanity, given me xmas back and I'm just so damn grateful. ###x

If you see this guy advertising for staff PLEASE stear clear! This is the owner of Rutherford takeaway, he also owns the building so may advertise for a different business in same building.
I have tried making contact via phone, text & email to no avail. According to Fair Work calculations I am actually owed over $11,000. I contacted Fair Work on Monday, have done what they advised to try & get my pay, as shown in screen shot they are now referring my case to an assessment officer. Lady I last spoke to said someone would normally contact me within 2 weeks but being Christmas is in 9 days its obviously going to be longer.
For the 1st time in my 29yrs of being a mother I have nothing for my children for xmas (yes they are grown up & understand but that doesn't make me feel any better) nothing for my nieces, nephews, great nephews etc. This P.O.S has absolutely ruined Christmas for me & my family, not to mention the other overdue bills not been paid whilst Ive been working for free last 3 months I have to try & catch up on.
This post is not to 'air my dirty laundry' as some would say, but a warning to others to not get caught out like I did by this P.O.S. If you see him posting for staff do yourself a favour & stay away.

So the owners son is an IT specialist, like TechSpert guy and he actually managed to kick me out of my own personal FB page in order to I guess try to remove this fb page & me being honest with whats happened.
He removed my daughter from admin of this page at 11:01pm using my log in details ( my name used but wasn't me)
This is how low and dirty these ppl are going.

Full story; Ive been working as the manager for last 2 months. I have not been getting paid although all staff has been. Yesterday the owner started on one of his regular abusive rants & I had enough. I told him I was leaving after close Friday night as I am owed over $8000, I am behind on my bills, have nothing for my kids etc for xmas & Im sick of busting my ass, neglecting my life and having nothing to show for it. The reason I was waiting until close Fri night was to hopefully have enough cash to be able to pay all staff.
This morning he was fine with me, I went home for a few hrs & got a msg from a staff member to say he was calling the police on me.
I had removed the logo (which I paid to be made) from the POS this morning. As the screen that is customer facing said "Downloading media file" he assumed I was at home download files from the POS. He told a staff member he was calling the police on me so I went back in. When I went to go in he told me I am not allowed in the store. I said I was getting all my stuff and the pays for the junior staff that I could. I told him to come to the office with me & watch me do the pays which he chose not to. He then went out & called the police on me. My daughter was there working & she has PTSD & Severe Anxiety (among other issues) she was scared I was going to get arrested, well he told her he was getting me arrested and she was terrified.
End of day, police have said I did nothing wrong, a few staff are still owed money & Im still owed $8525.

I've tossed up about sharing this as it isn't related to the business BUT.... This Beautiful, Special moment happened in the shop between 2 of my Amazing staff & I thought why not show you all the real personalities behind some of them!
The prep that went into getting my Princess ready for her formal was the reason for early closes & late opens and I have to say.... Im not even sorry! This beautiful moment, how gorgeous my girl looked & the amazing day we had was well worth it (Plus my amazing cook & now my daughters God Mother crying saying YES) made it even more special 🤗🤗🤗

Hey all. Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for your patience tonight & I do apologise for the long wait times. It went from being extremely quite at 6:15pm to extremely busy by 6:30pm. Literally had 5 Orders come in on top of each other (online & phone) in the space of 5 mins with one order alone being over $130. As I was the only cook (and to start I only had 1 junior) it did make for long delays & I feel bad for the long wait times.
Have to give a big Shout Out to my 2 awesome juniors for tonight too. Kaedyn was flat out taking orders, making shakes & trying to assist me and he did a fantastic job! Shelby put pants on and got to the shop in less than 5 minutes when I called for help and jumped straight in to help, she even stayed back until 9pm to help me get all the cleaning done after being up at 6am & having her school formal today (they did a day time one). I have an amazing team & really appreciate everything they do, especially on nights like tonight.
