🍨 Sunday feels like the perfect time to talk about...our Sundae.

Beans and Cream vanilla bean ice cream, drizzled with house made salted caramel sauce and finished with Jonny's Popcorn Delights toffee popcorn for the perfect sweet and salty crunch.

And yes, we've got a vegan version too. 😉🍃

Slow mornings, long lunches and lamb done right.

Our slow-braised lamb shoulder is all about comfort with a Barossa twist. Served with whipped labneh, a Barossa Cider Co. pear cider and muntrie chutney, and bitter radicchio for balance, it's rich, hearty and packed with flavour.

One for the lamb lovers. 🤎

👩‍🍳 Meet Piper!

Many of you will already know Piper from our front of house team, where she's been a familiar face since January 2025. These days, you'll find her on the other side of the pass after officially starting her journey as an Apprentice Chef.

From delivering dishes to helping create them, Piper has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow and get stuck into kitchen life. 🔥

We're excited to support her as she develops her skills alongside our chefs and takes the next step in her hospitality career.

Apparently one month of Thai Night wasn't enough... 🇹🇭🔥

Our August Locals' Nights are now fully booked, so we've made an executive decision: let's do it again.

For those who missed out (or are ready for round two), we're keeping the flavours of Thailand on the menu and bringing our Thai Night back in September.

🚨 Wow. Who knew locals would go to such lengths for a table at Thai Night?
On top of the bookings rolling in, we've had personal calls, polite pleading, and a few desperate "surely you can squeeze us in?" conversations. 😂

Thai Night on Thursday, 20 August is now fully booked, and Thursday, 27 August is almost there too.
So, we've opened up 10 extra seats at 7:00pm this Thursday, 13 August.
