There you go. That's me in my habitat.
In my little cafe. This is the end of my journey

Some 15 years ago, what started as a dream has now come to completion.

I feel overwhelmed with gratitude.

All the kind words and heartfelt conversations, laughs (and falafel throwing competitions) that i have shared with all my staff & customers over this time.

Thank you to all who believed in me. For the coffees enjoyed, the salads, protein balls, burgers, protein shakes, all of my edible CREATIONS. Thank you for supporting me

The biggest thank you is to my family. I honestly couldn't have done what I loved for long without the support of them. Especially my mentor, my mum. The endless support she has shown me on so many levels is something I will never be able to repay.

My children, "the cafe kids"
These little queens made so many sacrifices to allow me to work. Thank you for being so patient with me. If nothing at all , my children were taught an understanding of what a real work ethic is. I dont think any of us thought it would be doing it for this long.

Finally, to all the wonderful staff who help me make my dream a reality. Without you, there would be no Fresh and Simple.

Many would have heard me say numerous times. You are only as good as the people around you. So thank you for being the best in the biz.

It's now time to hang up the apron, put down the grouphead, and move on to the next chapter in my life.
