2026 is the year we’re doubling down on what makes Audrey, Audrey.
Great Coffee, Great People—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Your consistent morning order, the genuine connection with your barista, the care that goes into every cup—that’s not accidental. It’s the result of us investing seriously in our people: training, systems, culture, and fair pay. As a business we’re as focused as ever on delivering for our staff, our customers and our local community.
We’re genuinely excited about recent industry wage increases. It’s a win for hospitality workers everywhere, and we’re leaning into it—our team is already well above award, and we’ll keep them moving and growing beyond it.
From tomorrow (Wednesday 8th July) you’ll see modest price increases across our menu (approximately 20-30c on drinks). These increases will go towards helping cover the increased costs of doing business and supporting our team to operate at the standard we’ve promised you: authentic, consistent, and built on people who want to be here.
We’re also excited to announce that later this year, we will be making launching two exciting initiatives for the Audrey brand and future! Rest assured they will be closely aligned with our continuing mission – growing our people, keeping our coffee standards high and sharing our Audrey vision with as many of our Eastern Shore community as possible.
