Today only, we’re teaming up with our neighbours at Anytime Fitness Rosny Park for a little local love.

👑 King's Birthday Closure Notice 👑

This Monday we'll be taking a short break and will be CLOSED for the King's Birthday Public Holiday.

"We're not entirely sure what the King's plans are for Monday, but ours involve sleeping in for at least an extra hour." 😄

While we're sure His Majesty would be delighted if everyone celebrated with a Baxter coffee in hand, we reckon our hardworking team have earned a well-deserved day off. Over recent weeks they've been working incredibly hard, settling into new routines, learning the ropes, and most importantly getting to know the wonderful people who make Baxter what it is - You 🙂

That said, we'd also like to take this opportunity to again thank our incredible customers — our extended Baxter family. Your loyalty, patience, encouragement, smiles, chats, and good humour have made this transition so much easier than it might otherwise have been.

Quite simply, without you, there is no Baxter.

Thank you for continuing to support local, support our team, and support us as we write the next chapter of the Baxter story.

To our Baxter family ☕❤️

As many of you know, Baxter has always been about more than just great coffee — it’s about people, connection, and the relationships built across the counter each day.

Recently, we said goodbye to a couple of our long-term team members who were a valued part of the Baxter journey. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they brought to the café and wish them all the very best in their next chapter.

At the same time, we’re excited to be welcoming some new faces into the Baxter team. They’ve already shown great energy and care, and we’re looking forward to watching them grow into the role.

As they find their feet, we’d love your support and patience. Learning your names, your usual orders, and the little details that make Baxter… Baxter… takes time. And behind the scenes, they’re also getting to grips with the equipment and systems that help us deliver the quality coffee and treats you’ve come to expect.

We know what makes this place special — it’s you. And we’re confident that with your support, this next chapter will be just as strong.
