☕ A quick heads-up for Friday!

We’ll be closing 30 minutes earlier than usual this Friday while our coffee machine gets a little scheduled TLC. 🔧☕

That means we’ll be wrapping things up at 2:00pm instead of our usual 2:30pm.

We’ll be back to normal trading hours on Saturday — with the machine freshly serviced and ready to keep the coffees flowing! 🙌

👑 King's Birthday Closure Notice 👑

This Monday we'll be taking a short break and will be CLOSED for the King's Birthday Public Holiday.

"We're not entirely sure what the King's plans are for Monday, but ours involve sleeping in for at least an extra hour." 😄

While we're sure His Majesty would be delighted if everyone celebrated with a Baxter coffee in hand, we reckon our hardworking team have earned a well-deserved day off. Over recent weeks they've been working incredibly hard, settling into new routines, learning the ropes, and most importantly getting to know the wonderful people who make Baxter what it is - You 🙂

That said, we'd also like to take this opportunity to again thank our incredible customers — our extended Baxter family. Your loyalty, patience, encouragement, smiles, chats, and good humour have made this transition so much easier than it might otherwise have been.

Quite simply, without you, there is no Baxter.
