A small update to our menu, starting Wednesday, 1st of July.

You may notice an A, I or M beside our seafood dishes when you visit us at Bitton.

These letters simply indicate the origin of the seafood:
• A – Australian
• I – Imported
• M – Mixed Origin

It’s part of a new Australia-wide initiative designed to provide greater transparency, so you can make informed choices when dining with us.

As always, we’re committed to serving beautiful food with honesty, care and quality at the heart of everything we do. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.

While many people see what happens at the restaurants and cafés, there are always wonderful people behind the scenes whose love, support and encouragement help make it all possible. You have both been part of the Bitton story in your own unique way, and we are so grateful for you.

We will be open on Anzac Day from 5:30 am for your early coffee, but closed for dinner service.

Our hours for the day are 5:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Walk-ins are always welcome, though bookings are recommended due to the public holiday.
