Situated in the south-east gateway to the Macedon Ranges, in the village of Romsey, you will find our bistro, Verdure. Verdure is a smart casual eatery, but more than that we are a place to gather, recharge and collect your thoughts, alone and shared.

The intimate weatherboard space has been lovingly updated to create a relaxing yet vibrant environment, complete with fire and to***co leather sofas. Our menu is fresh, simple, seasonal and where possible local, including the wines. The perfect space to catch the days news with coffee, lunch with friends or experience regional dining with loved ones.
