Well, it's been a few years, but we figured... why not come back and have some fun again? 🍻🔥

Back in the day, Molly's Moist Meats was known for throwing a party, having a laugh, and somehow finding room in the trailer for plenty of trophies along the way. We made some great mates, cooked some great BBQ, and created memories we'll never forget.

We've been hearing around the traps that things just aren't quite the same anymore...

So we thought it was time to bring the party back! 🎉

We're dusting off the banners, firing up the smokers, and getting the team back together for another crack. Don't expect us to take ourselves too seriously, but do expect plenty of laughs, cold drinks, good BBQ, and hopefully a few walks across the stage.

Well, the son entered his second bbq competition this weekend out at narrogin. Safe to say, Boss Bear Bbq smashed it out of the park. Got a bit of coaching and help from Dad, but it won't be long, and he won't need my help anymore.

Thanks to the other teams helping him while we're running the food truck.

Australia day long weekend we went down south, so I needed to take a bbq with us. The legacy was the bbq best to cook for 3 families.

We cooked beef ribs hot and fast, grilled corn ribs , beef skewers , stay skewers and char-sui pork belly.

Was a great weekend away and already planning the next weekend trip.

Well that's another comp down and dusted with the team taking out our 3rd Reserve Grand Champion. 2nd in brisket, 5th in pork and 5th in pork ribs. This was by far my most challenging cook and i was off my game, due to rolling my ankle in the first 20mins. Big thanks to Bundy, Justin and my middle son Koby with out you guys helping out we where I couldn't we would have bombed.

Can't wait for next May when we go back for Spit in the Hills. This time I will try not to fall over.
