A plate should never arrive by accident.

Every dish on our menu earned its place. Months of testing. Quiet adjustments. The decision to keep going until it was exactly right.

The Lemon Myrtle Smoked Oyster is one of those plates. Coastal salinity, sharp lime, a slow warmth of ginger and chilli. A bite that asks for your full attention.

You will not find it anywhere else in Rockhampton.

Our first Sunday of live music was something special.

Soft light, live acoustic, and a room that settled in for the long haul. Thank you to everyone who joined us and a big thanks to Chris Schick Acoustic!

We spent a while on this one.

The Speyside Ember takes everything you know about an old fashioned and adds warmth... ginger, spiced syrup, a measure of Monkey Shoulder, and just enough citrus to keep it honest.

It is the kind of drink that makes you stay a little longer than you planned.

The menu was months in the making. Tested on friends and family extensively, and then handed to our two very talented chefs to add the finishing touches.

Every dish is created with care, and enjoyment in mind. The aim? To bring something unique to Rockhampton.
