Throw Back Sunday, This photo was taken at our first ever pop On the 28th of November 2025 less than 12 months ago… We were certainly under prepared, I remember waking up the next day after service and thought geewizz what have I got myself into,
But we persevered kept our recipe tight, we could only prep around 50kg of raw beef at a time in the truck and used to sell Out over 2-3 Street Pop Ups we opened when we could,
Fast Forward it’s now September 2026, We now prep 110kg of raw beef weekly and have a shopfront, we have expanded our menu items and kept our same flavours… The philosophy when Taco Gr**go started was Keep it Simple, Do It Right❤️

Thank you all for the support over the last 10 months, absolutely love ya legends and couldn’t be where we are today without you all 🚀
