☕ Barista / Customer Service Team Member

We’d love you to join the Gus’ Coffee team!

If you have a passion for great customer service, a bubbly and friendly personality, and love coffee, we’d love to hear from you.

Ideally, you’ll have barista experience, but we’re happy to train the right person who has the right attitude and a genuine passion for serving our customers.

What we’re offering:

Approximately 35–38 hours per week
Generally Monday to Friday
A combination of shifts, including:
6:00am – 2:00pm
9:00am – 4:30pm
Rostered Saturday mornings
Training provided for the right person

If you’re friendly, energetic and take pride in providing great coffee and great customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Must be permanent resident or Australian Citizen.

Our Gus’ Coffee beans are available for purchase at all of our stores — so you can enjoy your favourite Gus’ coffee long after you’ve left the café.

Choose between our Black Label House Blend, with rich dark chocolate, malt and blueberry notes, or our Red Label Specialty Blend, featuring milk chocolate, caramel and a light, fruity finish.

We can grind your beans fresh to suit your brew method. Whether you’re brewing cold brew, espresso, pour over, French press or something in between, we’ll get the grind just right.

Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags.

Pick up a bag next time you’re in — and bring a little bit of Gus’ home with you. 🤎
