Our apologies for the delayed update, but it has been decided that we have to move out from the current premises, due to demolition of the building.

It has been really pleasure to see your smiles ever since we opened our doors back in Jan 2018.

We would like to express our maximum gratefulness for your support to date.

We have not found a new location yet, but will announce it on FB as soon as we know where.

We are looking forward to seeing your lovely smiles in the near future.

It’s getting warmer and warmer recently, hasn’t it folks?

In the middle of such a refreshing season, we’d like to let you know an easy and great tasting Japanese cocktail 😃

The keyword here is Calpico (or Calpis in Japan).

Perhaps some of you guys want to ask “What’s Calpico?”

Well in short, it’s a kind of yogurt drink, which has been loved in Japan since 1919.

What we’d like to stress today is not that Calpico is wonderfully sweet and remarkably flavoursome in its own right, but that it also combines well with other drinks for noteworthy mixed beverages and cocktails!! 😆

There are many cocktail recipes available using Calpico, but we’d like to show you today something great for this spring season: Calpico with White Wien with Herbs. Looks sooo refreshing, eh? 😍

40ml of Calpico
120ml of white wine
A pinch of fresh rosemary
5 mint leaves
1 sprig of thyme

Glad to let you know that we have received quite a little of positive feedback on Kitkat (Matcha flavour) 😄

Wanting more people to share the goodness of it, we are looking to keep doing the giveaway for a little while, like every Tuesday.
