The original Southern Highlands Wood Fired Pizza Take Away and still the best. Owners Chef Thomas Borbely and Belinda Borbely are in their 24th year of owning and operating Pizzas in the Mist. In 1999 they took over a much loved small take away business in need of repairs and broadened the menu by creating famous dishes such as the Peking Duck Pizza. In 2001 Thomas and Belinda purchased the entire

property and made it their family and business home. They transformed their business into one of the best and most popular eating establishments in the Highlands.

Tommy and I have sold our much loved family home, moving on and will leave with the most wonderful memories of you all! Words cannot explain how much we appreciate your friendship, loyalty, and support for over 26 years in Robertson. I still remember the early days when we really didn’t know anything about running a business or making pizzas. Tommy being a Chef of course killed it, and I basically made everything look pretty and hugged you all a lot. We watched your children grow up, then watched them leave high school and eventually were honored to serve them as married couples in our Restaurant. Our own three children have had the privilege of being raised in a super loud hectic Pizza joint and still to this day I’m amazed and incredibly proud of their successful careers. It’s been an absolute rollercoaster of hard work, determination, emotions, highs and lows and so many laughs along the way. We sincerely bid you farewell and thank you from the bottom of hearts for helping us achieve our dreams.
