What a weekend! 🤎

After months of planning, renovating, testing and plenty of long days, ARDO is officially open.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped us bring the space to life. Jenna Sharp for interior design, Kane Cross for painting, Tom Curnow for tiling, Shane Hancock for cabinetry, Samantha Matthews for signage, Matt Austin for plumbing and Jed Regnier for electrical.

To our amazing teams at ARDO and the Union Café, and all of our friends and family who have helped us along the way, we couldn’t have done it without you.

And finally, thank you to everyone who joined us for our soft launch and Grand Opening. It was pretty special seeing the place full and finally getting to share what we’ve been working on.

Now, we’re ready to welcome you in.

ARDO is officially open Tuesday–Saturday from 5:30pm until close.

Friday & Saturday we’re open from 12pm, straight through to dinner, with our tapas menu available all afternoon.

Bookings can be made via google, email [email protected] or give us a call on 8768 1954

See you at ARDO 🤎

A little introduction from us 👋

We’re Jack & Tayla, the faces behind ARDO.

After more than 15 years working in hospitality in Robe, and the last 8 years owning and running the Union Café, we’re incredibly excited to be starting this next chapter together.

ARDO has been a big project for us and something we’ve poured a lot into over the past few months. We can’t wait to finally open the doors, welcome you in and show you what we’ve been working on.

See you at ARDO 🤎
