The Swan Hotel

24/09/2026

A new era for The Swan!

Trading for 136 years, The Swan has been part of the fabric of Richmond for generations. Now, the old girl is getting a spruce up.

So, what can you expect from your new local? A nostalgic front bar with rich timbers, live sport and the perfect spot for a classic counter meal and a few rounds with your mates. A leafy new b**r garden for easy drinking and dining. Flexible function spaces upstairs for work events to big celebrations.

And above it all, a brand-new rooftop deck slinging fresh cocktails, cold pints in the sun and tunes to keep you going well into the wee hours.

Get down for Grand Final weekend before we close our doors for a little while.

We know you'll miss the sticky floors! We’ll be back soon, with all the good stuff!
