So, how do we achieve that towering, airy perfection? ☁️ It all comes down to the art of our cooking process: 🥚 First, we whip our egg whites into soft, cloud-like peaks 🥣 Next, we delicately fold them into our batter to maintain that incredible lightness 🔥 Finally, they are griddled low and slow under steam, transforming into impossibly fluffy clouds right before your eyes.

This weekend we introduced Rose Pashmak to our menu. Celebrating traditional Persian culture it's a beautiful blend of the artisan qualities of souffle pancake and the sweet fibre texture of pashmak. We had such great feedback. Come enjoy with us!

We're always looking for new flavours. This combination really caught our eye and taste buds! Traditional Persian Pashmak (it really is the best version of Fairy Floss you will ever eat) and pistachio and chocolate. A stunning combination that combines eastern and western flavours!
