At Souffle and Me, we’ve created a spectacular gourmet experience that combines the lofty, pillowy height of a classic Japanese soufflé pancake with the comforting, familiar taste of a traditional Western pancake. The best part? Our carefully refined recipe means you get all that deliciousness with absolutely zero of the traditional eggy flavour usually found in other soufflé pancakes!
So, how do we achieve that towering, airy perfection? ☁️ It all comes down to the art of our cooking process: 🥚 First, we whip our egg whites into soft, cloud-like peaks 🥣 Next, we delicately fold them into our batter to maintain that incredible lightness 🔥 Finally, they are griddled low and slow under steam, transforming into impossibly fluffy clouds right before your eyes.
Come down to our food trailer and watch the magic happen—our grills are positioned so you can see the pure theatre of the process! ✨

This weekend we introduced Rose Pashmak to our menu. Celebrating traditional Persian culture it's a beautiful blend of the artisan qualities of souffle pancake and the sweet fibre texture of pashmak. We had such great feedback. Come enjoy with us!
