Meditation tonight is a deeply restorative practiceđ´
With this cold weather Iâve personally been feeling slower⌠needing more rest, more stillness, more space to just be. If youâve been feeling the same, this is your sign to honour that.
Join me at 7pm for a deep reset, the kind that actually recharges your battery, not just gets you through.
Tonight weâll be dropping into Yoga Nidra (often called âyogic sleepâ) â a guided meditation where your body enters deep rest while your mind stays gently aware.
Itâs not sleep⌠but it brings you into slower brainwave states (like theta), which is where the magic happens â¨
-Your nervous system softens
-Stress levels drop
-Your body begins to repair and restore
And your subconscious becomes more open â allowing you to reconnect, reset, and realign
