Fire'n'Dough Wood Fired Pizza offers a mobile catering service for your next party or event. Whether you are planning a corporate luncheon, a wedding, a birthday celebration, a fund raiser or a major event, we have an option available. Our style of catering is an all you can eat pizza buffet from either our standard or gourmet menu. Value add to your event from our extras including Grazing Board, Grazing Boxes,Salads, Canapes, pastas and dessert pizza. We can produce up to 200 pizzas per hour when required. Suitable for very large crowd sizes. Equally, we can cater for small groups with ease. Our mobile wood fired ovens are self sufficient with on board power and water for hand wash. We need approx 3x5m level surface to set up. We have a mobile food license, are trained in RSA and have product & public liability insurance. All staff hold health & hygiene certificates.
