We’re always busy behind the scenes here. Small improvements week by week. Since May, we’ve been steadily refining the details that shape Evie’s: solid service, the space, the energy, the quality on the plate and in the cup.

Our goal is to be consistent, honest, and quietly excellent. Flying under the radar, extremely reliable. A place for all. A place where our community feel at home. It’s taken 6 months thus far, still plenty of work ahead, but that’s the fun part. As they say; enjoy the process 🤌🏽
